A 23 year old lady requested breast augmentation at our Scottsdale office. She is 5 feet 6 inches and 123 pounds. She is wearing a small B cup and wants to be a small D cup after surgery. She is shown 4 months after Trans-Axillary (Armpit Incision) breast augmentation. She has 385cc Moderate Plus Profile saline filled implants placed under the muscle. She is happy with her D cup and with the overall results of surgery.
