Breast Augmentation

A 25 year old lady from Surprise, Arizona requested a breast augmentation. She had lived all her life with a small A cup requested breast enlargement. She is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 128 pounds and she has asymmetry of the breasts because her right rib cage was sunken on physical examination. She requested a small D cup and better cleavage. She is shown 3 months after breast augmentation using Moderate Plus saline breast implants placed via a crease incision and under the muscle. The right side was filled to 420 cc and the left to 390 cc. She told me recently that she is enjoying her new breast size, cleavage and symmetry.
