Breast Augmentation

A 23 year old lady originally from Peoria, Arizona requested breast augmentation and plastic surgery to improve her figure. She came to my Scottsdale, Arizona medical office and requested breast augmentation and liposuction. Before breast surgery, she is a B cup and requested a solid D cup for after the surgery. She is 5 feet 2 inches tall weighing 118 pounds before breast implants. She had breast augmentation and a small amount of liposuction in the area of the upper chest and armpit. The lipo was performed to reduce the fat that sometimes is seen through the sleeve. She is shown 3 months after breasts augmentation surgery using 390 cc Moderate Plus saline filled implants on each breast. The breast implants were placed via a crease incision and under the muscle. After this plastic surgery of her breasts, she comfortably wears a D cup and feels very confident about her now figure.
