Breast Augmentation

In this case we have a 21 year old woman from Mesa, Arizona who requested several plastic surgery procedures. She was referred by a previous patient to my medical office near Phoenix, Arizona for a cosmetic surgery consultation. She told me that I was not the first plastic surgeon she had seen, but felt more confident about our consult because she had seen my breast surgery results with her friend. Her big priority was getting a breast augmentation. She said she had been thinking about getting bigger boobs for several years and that she was finally ready to do this operation. Before her breast augmentation, she is 5 feet 4 inches and 125 pounds. She was a wearing small B cup before surgery and requested to be a full C cup. She is shown 3 months after breast augmentation using 360 cc Smooth Moderate Plus Saline Breast implants placed under the muscle via a crease incision. She told me at her last visit that she has found a higher level of self-esteem since the surgery.
