Breast Augmentation

A 21 year old woman from Mesa, Arizona requested breast augmentation at my North Scottsdale plastic surgery office. She is 4 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 116 pounds. During the consult, she told me she wanted seriously bigger boobs. She is a B cup and requested a Full D cup. She is shown 3 months after breast augmentation using 450 cc Moderate Plus Silicone Gel breast implants placed via a crease incision and under the muscle. She wears a D cup after breast surgery and is extremely comfortable with her new D cup figure. She is especially happy that she has more cleavage after cosmetic surgery.
