Breast Augmentation

A very nice 24 year old woman from Phoenix, Arizona requested breast augmentation at our Scottsdale, Arizona medical office. She is a small B cup and 5 feet 1 inch and 147 pounds before breast surgery. She told me during the consult that her dream was to have bigger boobs. She had breast augmentation performed at a local Arizona plastic surgery center and made an excellent recovery. She is shown 6 months after breast augmentation using 490 cc Smooth Moderate Plus Saline breast implants under the muscle via a crease incision. She has a natural looking D cup after cosmetic surgery.
