Breast Augmentation

A 33 year old woman from Scottsdale, Arizona requested a breast augmentation at my North Scottsdale, Arizona plastic surgery office. She is 5 feet 3 inches and 148 pounds. She was wearing a B cup and she requested a D cup. Before cosmetic surgery, she was noted to have tight creases under the breasts. She did a lot of research about silicone breast implants and felt very confident going with silicone to achieve the desired breast surgery results. The patient is shown 6 months in placement of 450 cc silicone gel breast implants under the muscle. She has a solid D cup after surgery.
