Breast Augmentation

A 33 year old lady from Scottsdale, Arizona requested breast augmentation at my Scottsdale medical and plastic surgery office. She is 5 feet 8 inches and 142 pounds before breast surgery. She was wearing an A/B cup and requested a very Full D cup after cosmetic surgery. In fact, she told me that she wanted bigger boobs that would really stand out! She requested really big D cups. She is shown 4 months after breast augmentation with 550 cc Smooth Moderate Plus Profile Saline breast implants placed via the crease incision and under the muscle.
