Breast Augmentation

A pleasant 23 year old lady from Scottsdale, Arizona requested breast augmentation at our North Scottsdale plastic surgery office. She is 5 feet 7 inches and 130 pounds before surgery, wearing an A cup. During her cosmetic surgery consultation, she mentioned that she would like to have a full C cup, but still look fairly natural, and improve her cleavage. She wanted a very soft and natural result after breast surgery. She told me she wanted bigger boobs, but definitely not any bigger than a C cup. She decided on MemoryGel Silicone breast implants, placed under the muscle and through the crease incision. She decided to go with assymmetric volumes to improve the symmetry between her breasts. On the right, a 400 cc breast implant was placed and on the left a 375 cc breast implant was placed. She is now a full C cup.
