This 23 year old lady requested breast augmentation from an AAA to a Full C cup. Her goal was to achieve better symmetry and better cleavage. Previous to surgery she was wearing a tiny AAA cup and she is 5 feet 4 inches and 106 pounds. She wanted saline implants to obtain perky breasts. She is shown 6 months after breast enhancement with a 350 cc High Profile saline filled implants on both sides placed through the crease. She has a Full C Cup and improved symmetry and cleavage after surgery.
